The Rotary Club of New Castle welcomed four new members on Monday. They are corporate members – Todd Fennick of Fennick Financial Services; Kimberly Cramer of J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home; and Gregg Paladina of the New Castle School District.  The fourth new member, Marianne Riehl, is an individual member.
