Kevin will be speaking about his 23 years of leadership at the City Rescue Mission of New Castle, PA and his participation as a Board member and Liberty District President of the Citygate Network (formerly the Association of Gospel Rescue Missions). Kevin will give insight on the crisis of homelessness, hunger, drugs and poverty – issues affecting millions in our nation.  He will discuss Christian ministry outreach to that segment of our culture for the last 100 years here in New Castle in our local 4-county area.
