The New Castle Rotary club will be meeting at the New Castle Public Library to affix book plates in the front of the books that are being donated to the Lockley School students in May. The Rotary Club along with Lifelong Learning are donating over 1,600 to the Kindergarten, First, and Second grade students. The project is being led by the New Castle Public Library as they kick off their summer reading program.
