New Castle Rotary Club members planted a tree and erected a peace pole in memory of club members
who have passed away. The New Castle group was the 89th club established and has been active since
1913. The New Castle Rotary Club is recognized as a Peacebuilder club.
New Castle Rotary members Barb Bernardi, Heather Armstrong, Rocco Favorite and Kathy Graziani stand
near the recently erected peace tree and pole.
The new New Castle Rotary Peace Garden is located on the south-east corner of Grant and Mill Streets, just north of Trinity Episcopal Church and Dunkin Donuts.
